What are the advantages of mechanical diaphragm metering pump?
Mechanical diaphragm metering pump is driven by the motor through direct drive worm gear for variable speed movement, under the action of crank connecting rod mechanism, the rotary motion is transformed into reciprocating linear motion. The sliding rod of the mechanical diaphragm metering pump is directly connected with the diaphragm. When the sliding rod moves to and fro, the diaphragm is directly pushed (pulled) and the diaphragm is agitated back and forth. Through the opening and closing function of the one-way valve on the pump head, the suction and discharge purposes are completed, and the liquid conveying function is achieved.
Electromagnetic drive metering pump has only one moving part - armature shaft. Generally speaking, the less moving parts, the more reliable the metering pump works. The metering pump is very suitable for low flow, low pressure working occasions, and has a good compensation function when the supply voltage fluctuates. Compared with the metering pump with fixed frequency and variable stroke length, what are the advantages of fixed stroke length and variable frequency metering pump? Through the correction, the dosage of each stroke is known. Therefore, the total dosage can be calculated (dosage = dosage per stroke * frequency).
There was a linear relationship between total dosage and frequency (50% frequency = 50% dosage). Through external pulse or analog control, the dosage can be adjusted from minimum to maximum in one second. In addition, it is much lower than the motor driven stroke length adjustment cost.
Mechanical diaphragm metering pump can measure the delivery of liquid machinery, also known as quantitative pump, proportional pump. Generally described as: mechanical diaphragm metering pump is a kind of special displacement pump which can meet the needs of various strict process flow, and the flow can be steplessly adjusted in the range of 0-100%, which is used to transport liquid (especially corrosive liquid).
