How to clean the dosing metering pump correctly?
(1) First flush with water for about 10 minutes, then rinse for about 5 minutes, and then make sure that the water in the pipe has been drained before the disassembly operation to reduce the risk.
(2) Turn off the power supply of the diaphragm metering pump and remove all valves (during the disassembly process, it is still necessary to pay attention to residual chemicals and moisture to avoid damage to the power supply and other related equipment).
(3) Flush the valve and its parts with clean water.
(4) Check the parts for defects, deformation, cracks and other conditions, if any, please replace them.
(5) Re install all valves as is.
(6) Soak in water for 5 minutes for testing (if there is crystallization, please use crystal diluent for about 10 minutes, and then change to water for about 5 minutes). In the maintenance and disassembly process of dosing metering pump, please pay attention to certain sequence, especially hydraulic cylinder parts and gearbox.
2、 Removal of hydraulic cylinder assembly
(1) First, remove the pipe and fittings connecting the check valve;
(2) Remove the pump head, loosen the diaphragm (it is better to contact the manufacturer at this time), and then remove the hydraulic cylinder head from the gearbox;
(3) Remove all parts of the lifter assembly in the following order:
① Remove the spring seat; take out the spring seat, spring and tappet in turn; if it is necessary to replace the composite bearing mill, please remove it and replace it with the same model.
② Remove the intake and exhaust valve (flange); successively remove the valve sleeve, limit piece, valve seat and valve ball.
(1) Then flush the pipe with clean water for about 5 minutes before starting the operation to reduce the risk.
(2) Turn off the power supply of the diaphragm metering pump and remove all valves (during the disassembly process, it is still necessary to pay attention to residual chemicals and moisture to avoid damage to the power supply and other related equipment).
