The metering pump consists of three parts: motor, transmission box and cylinder body. Transmission box parts are made up of turbine worm mechanism, stroke regulating mechanism and crank connecting rod mechanism. By rotating the handwheel to implement the high adjustment stroke, the eccentric distance of the moving axis is changed to achieve the purpose of changing the plunger (piston) stroke. Cylinder body parts are composed of pump head, suction valve group, discharge valve group, plunger and packing seal.
The motor is driven by the coupling, and the main shaft and eccentric wheel are rotated by the worm gear, and reciprocating motion is made in the sliding adjustment seat of the eccentric rod. When the plunger is moved backward, a vacuum is formed in the pump chamber, and the suction valve is opened and the liquid is inhaled. As the plunger moves forward, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve opens and the liquid is discharged when the plunger is moving further. The reciprocating flow of the pump also produces continuous pressure and quantitative discharge liquid.
