4. The sealing ring of the medicine inlet and outlet is loose or detached. Solution: Be careful when checking four.
5, the diaphragm is broken. Solution: Replace and reinstall.
6. The connecting rod group is stuck. Solution: One is maintenance, the parts of the connecting rod set are disassembled, the rusted parts are smoothed with a trowel and the lubricating oil can be added; the second is a new connecting rod set.
7, the motor burned. Solution: Replace it.
8. The adjustment cam is adjusted to the position of “0”, and the flow rate is zero. Solution: Adjust the adjustment cam so that the scale is not 0.
The flow does not meet the specified requirements. The reasons for this problem are:
I. The product has the largest flow rate at the factory ("10" position), and the adjustment cam is adjusted to cause the flow to become smaller.
J. The ball valve that enters and exits the medicine port is blocked by foreign matter, resulting in a small flow (a relatively small foreign matter). Solution: Clean it.
K. The concentration of the drug to be sprayed. Because our company's products are tested in the factory with water, there will be minor errors.
L. The filter is clogged with the tube to be injected (slightly foreign matter). Solution: Clean it.
