Dosing Metering Pump: What's Going On With Noise Inside

What happens when noise is added to the dosing pump when it is used? How to solve it?
Failure cause 1. Percussive sound inside the check valve of dosing metering pump inlet and outlet
solution:

Normal impact sound will be generated between the ball and the valve seat. The larger the check valve, the louder the sound

Cause of failure 2. Dosing metering pump internal pressure relief valve work

 solution:

Check if the outlet pressure is abnormal and cause the release valve to work

Check whether the inlet line is blocked causing the release valve to work

Check  whether there is insufficient pressure difference between the inlet and  outlet of the metering pump and cause the release valve to work

Cause of failure 3. Dosing metering pump internal pressure lubrication system release valve work

Solution: Confirm that the lubricant number is correct

Normal pressure release sound

Cause of fault 4. Dosing impact between dosing metering pump worm gear/worm worm and suction stroke

Solution: Check whether the buffer is installed in the outlet pipe and whether the buffer inflation pressure is correct

Cause  of failure 5. Impingement between metering pump suction and discharge  stroke conversion, resulting in collisions between couplings

 solution:

Check if motor steering is correct

Check whether the buffer is installed in the outlet pipe and whether the buffer inflation pressure is correct

Cause of failure 6. Dish elastic gasket failure

Solution: Replace the disc elastic gasket
