High pressure reciprocating pump is composed of motor, coupling, decelerator, transmission part, pump head part, public base and so on. It is driven by a motor through a reducer, a belt drive or a stepless speed governor to drive the crankshaft to rotate, and to push the connecting rod through a slide block [crosshead] to make a straight reciprocating motion of the plunger, and achieve the purpose of suction and drainage under the action of the opening and closing of the inlet valve of the pump head. High pressure reciprocating pump head material according to user need to transport all kinds of high pressure liquid, using forged carbon alloy, stainless steel, import and export of valve seat, valve cover, valve plunger stuffing, etc. the main overflow part is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, non metal materials, ceramic ball valve by 9Cr13, F46 and other materials.
