The structure of the pump
The metering pump consists of three parts: motor, transmission box and cylinder block.
The drive box components are composed of a turbine worm mechanism, a stroke adjustment mechanism and a crank and connecting rod mechanism; a high adjustment stroke is implemented by rotating the hand wheel to change the eccentricity of the moving shaft to change the stroke of the plunger (piston).
The cylinder block is composed of pump head, suction valve group, discharge valve group, plunger and packing seal.
The motor uses a coupling to drive the worm and decelerates the spindle and eccentric wheel by the worm wheel, and makes the reciprocating motion in the sliding adjustment seat of the eccentric connecting rod. When the plunger is moved back to the dead point, a vacuum is gradually formed in the pump cavity. The suction valve opens and inhales the liquid; when the plunger moves forward, the suction valve closes, the discharge valve opens, and the liquid is discharged when the plunger moves further. The reciprocating running of the pump also forms a continuous discharge of liquid with pressure and quantity.
The flow regulation of the metering pump is to adjust the hand wheel by rotating and drive the adjusting screw to change the distance between the bow type connecting rod, and change the plunger (piston) to move the stroke in the pump cavity to determine the size of the flow. The calibration of the hand wheel determines the stroke of the plunger, with a precision rate of 95%.

The metering pump has superior performance, in which the diaphragm metering pump is absolutely not leaked, the safety performance is high, the metering delivery is accurate, the flow can be adjusted from zero to maximum fixed value range, and the pressure can be selected from the normal pressure to the maximum allowable range.
It is intuitive, clear, stable, noise free, small in size, light in weight, easy to maintain, and can be used in parallel.
The metering pump has many varieties, full performance, suitable for -30 to 450 degrees, the viscosity is 0-800mm/s, the maximum discharge pressure can reach 64Mpa, the flow range is 0.1-20000L/h, and the measurement precision is within 1%.
According to the process requirements, the pump can manually adjust and regulate the flow rate by frequency conversion, and also realize remote control and computer automatic control.
