First, the limit value of the control parameter (pH value or conductance value) is set according to the operation requirement of the system. If the system operates during the following conditions, the dosing device starts to work: if the pH value is lower or higher than the set value. The pH value of the dosing device manufacturer is low, indicating that the acidity is too strong and the system has a tendency to corrosion; the high pH value indicates that the alkali is too strong and the system has a tendency to foul. At this time, the detection instrument will feedback this signal to the control system. The control system will then output the instruction to the designated metering pump and allow it to open the dosing system to adjust the pH value. After the pH value returns to normal, the metering pump is turned off.
If the conductivity is higher than the set value, the salt content of the system is excessive, and there is a tendency of corrosion and scaling. At this time, the monitoring instrument will feedback this signal to the control system. The control system will then output the instruction to the blowdown solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve will open to drain. After the conductance returns to normal, the solenoid valve will close. The dosing metering pump then opens the dosing and replenishes the chemicals lost from the effluent, maintains the system's drug content at a normal level, and adds the metered pump to the prescribed time.
