4 Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are any hard materials (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) that affect the operation of the pump in the pump flow path to avoid damage to the impeller and the pump body when the pump is running.
5 In order to facilitate maintenance and safety, install a regulating valve on the inlet and outlet of the pump and install a pressure gauge near the pump outlet to ensure operation within the rated head and flow range to ensure normal operation of the pump and increase the pump. The service life.

Installation sequence of chemical centrifugal pump:
When the unit is transported to the site, the water pump and the motor have been calibrated with the base. It is not necessary to remove the water pump and the motor when leveling the base, so the installation is very convenient;
2 Place the base on the foundation and pad the wedge iron near the anchor screw. Place the base cushion 20~40 mm high for filling the grout after leveling;
3 Check the level of the base with a level meter, fill the base with cement slurry after leveling, and check the level again after the cement has dried up;
4 When the power of the unit is large, the pump, motor and base may be separately packaged for convenient transportation. At this time, the user needs to install and calibrate the pump unit. The method is as follows:
One, the dirt on the support plane of the base, the water pump foot and the motor foot plane is cleaned, and the water pump and the motor are placed on the base;
B. Adjust the level of the pump shaft. After leveling, fix the pump to the base with bolts to prevent walking.
C, lift the motor, make the pump coupling and the motor coupling match, and put down the motor to the corresponding position on the base;
d, adjust the gap between the two couplings to about 5 mm, and correct whether the shaft line of the motor shaft and the pump shaft coincide. The method is to place the flat ruler on the coupling, and the outer diameter of the two couplings should be equal to the flat ruler. Leveling, if not coincident, adjust the relative position of the motor or pump, or adjust the pad with a thin piece of iron;
That is, in order to check the installation accuracy, the gap between the planes of the two couplings is measured with a feeler gauge at several different positions on the circumference of the coupling, and the difference between the maximum and minimum clearances on one side of the coupling plane must not exceed 0.3 mm. The difference between the lower or left and right center lines of the two ends shall not exceed 0.1 mm.
5 When the unit does not have a base, it needs to be installed directly on the basis. The method is similar to 4, but more attention should be paid to the correction.
